ALWAYS ask if they have back up cameras. This is very important as the last thing you want is the camera to break and they don’t have another one, this also goes for all equipment.

Again this is very important ask. Has the photographer ever worked in this location before? A local will know the area and will have a better knowledge of all the great locations.
